I have always loved reading about the lives and sentiments of old people. I love the films made about them, about old age and their lives when surrounded by someone or no one, about people who feel old on the outside and not so old on the inside. Mostly I love how I identify with the sense of coming full circle, again and again, as if I fear my own youth and want to hurry decay. Old age can be liberating, as it can free. Free from the unknown – do you look forward to it?
