This is a unique half head band and half hat, which I believe you can wear on the crown or slightly at the forehead.
This design has a floral design made out of the leaf pattern at each side and is attached with petite feathers throughout. The centerpiece is similar to today’s head band, and you can think of the floral side designs like ear phones! The hat has an inner ‘wire’ which you can bend to try and mold to your head shape. I find this half hat easier to put on than the red fancy tilt hat, because this one is not unlike a head band except dandier. It’s also slimmer.
Unmarked but still a genuine fancy hat with great collectible value. It is in excellent keep considering when it was made. There is no musty smell or obvious signs of wear, we suspect, because this has been with stores or collectors just like ourselves for a long time.
