This looks to me like what I would see on a hospice common room table, surrounded by a jug of cheerless plastic flowers and soft foods.
Fortunately for you, no toothless old man has used this yet. This has to be one of the smarter, more advanced, kitchen tool I’ve come across.
Half a century old, at least.
Condition: excellent; unused.
